Audra Sergel, singer/pianist/composer, lives to tell stories of life, love, and beauty through her music.
A versed musician from Columbia, Missouri, Audra’s tender and savvy vocal jazz melodies are shaded with influences of the blues, pop, and early musical theater. When combined with her nuanced piano playing and revelling, a beautiful narrative of true artistry unfolds before your eyes and ears on stage.

Recently nominated as one of Inside Columbia’s Best Vocalists, Audra was chosen as a Missouri Arts Council Touring Performer in 2017. She has been seen and heard on the stages of the Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival, the T/F Film Festival, the Citizen Jane Film Festival, Chicago Musical Theater Festival and KC Fringe Festival. Her debut album, Forgotten Songs, is available on iTunes, Spotify, and beyond.
An active educator, clinician, and adjudicator, Audra currently teaches privately in her studio of 17 years, Sergel Music Studio, and has served as faculty at Stephens College School of the Performing Arts and University of Missouri-Columbia. She has musically directed over 30 productions with Okoboji Summer Theater, the Big Muddy Opera Company, TRYPS Institute at Stephens College, and the University of Missouri Department of Theater.
