FESTIEGOERS! Were you at the first, second, or third National Women’s Music Festival in the 1970s? Did you discover women’s music in that first decade of festival culture? What memories stand out? Which artists, issues, and incidents do you remember? Want to share a story?
We are capturing these stories on video. Come be interviewed by herstorian Dr. Bon and help document the early years of NWMF!
Be prepared to offer five to ten minutes of your best memories. Sign up for a reserved slot! We hope to interview as many women as possible during the festival weekend.
