Sister duo, Leela and Ellie Grace, grew up touring across North America as part of a quirky family band and now travel the country performing progressive, roots-based Americana. These queer women have been acclaimed for their powerful voices, close sisterly harmonies, warm stage presence, compelling original songs, stellar instrumentals, and dynamic percussive dance. Leela and Ellie have performed at prestigious venues across the United States and Canada, ranging from the Winnipeg Folk Festival to the Lincoln Center in New York City. Both sisters are devoted teachers of music and dance, offering workshops and classes at schools, festivals, universities, and camps across the continent. They are doing their part, one song at a time, to make this world a better place.
