Call for Workshop Proposals
Come  share your knowledge and expertise with other women in a festive atmosphere.  Our goal is to share the myriad experiences of the women’s community through the exchange of ideas and the use of multiple media. The National Women’s Music Festival offers us the opportunity to learn from one another and to celebrate our unique strengths and passions.

While submissions on all topics are welcomed, we especially encourage submissions related to celebrating and envisioning our culture as we move forward from our first 50 years.  Please consider submitting a proposal so you might be a part of our 2025 Festival. 

Workshop proposals will be accepted until April 30, 2025 or until all slots are filled.  You will be notified of your scheduled workshop time by May 15, 2025.At this time, we are unable to compensate workshop presenters.  However, as a presenter or co-presenter, you will be entitled to register for the full festival at a reduced rate of $150.  Upon acceptance of your workshop proposal, you will receive an email with the presenter registration code.  THIS CODE IS NOT TIME SENSITIVE AND IS NOT AFFECTED BY CHANGE IN TICKET PRICES AS THE FESTIVAL APPROACHES.  

***If you are planning to present a workshop, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AT THE STANDARD TICKET PRICE.  Please wait to receive the workshop presenter code.  If you did register early, just contact Mary and we will work it out.
