National Women’s Music Festival Auctions
Quality items are wanted for our Silent and Live Auctions. Please contact the Auction Coordinator, Tess Imholt at auctions@nwmf.info.
The Silent Auction will be open for viewing and bidding on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. when all bids will be final. The Silent Auction will not be open during the evening concert. You can pick up your winning silent auction items on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and again
on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11:00 am in the Mendota Room.
Silent Auction items can include crafts, pottery, books, jewelry, t-shirts, and other great items.
Please note: The Silent Auction will have a $1 and $5 table for items that will not be in the Silent Auction.
Bidders in the Silent Auction and Live Auction will need to register for a bid number. The same number will be used in the Silent and Live Auctions.
The Live Auction will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025, in the Wisconsin Room on the Spotlight Stage.
Live auctions this year include an Olivia cruise to Alaska for two, music festival passes, Indiana Fever tickets and various trips. Some of the performers may offer experiential offerings. Offerings in the past included Zoom lesson, Zoom concert, singing “Happy Birthday” to a special someone etc.

Stop by Auctions or Registration and pick up a scavenger hunt! NWMF stickers will be given to everyone who completes the hunt. The big prize is a $50 gift certificate to Goldenrod! The winner will be pulled at the Saturday night concert!
